This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-time purchases for the Watchtower service operated by Coding Protocols at https://watchtower.codingprotocols.com. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

We may offer refunds at our discretion for the first payment within a short window (e.g. 7–14 days) after purchase if you are unsatisfied. To request a refund, contact us with your account details and reason. Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.

4. No refunds after use

Once you have used paid features (e.g. a significant number of scans or monitoring) beyond a trial or grace period, we generally do not issue refunds. Exceptions may be made for technical failures or errors on our side that prevented you from using the service.

5. Free tier

Free plans and free trials can be stopped at any time with no charge. No refund applies to free offerings.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
